Start with expected net deposits.
In an illustrative month, $100,000 sales less $2,850 fees and $2,000 held reserve leaves $95,150 expected at the bank. A reserve is held money; it is not automatically an unexplained shortfall.
Compare what arrived.
If the bank shows $93,150 against that expectation, $2,000 still needs explanation. Check timing, settlement records and other adjustments before treating it as a supported claim.
Keep the evidence.
Lite helps make the gap visible. Pro supports claim preparation with sales, statements, bank evidence and a record of communication. Neither a gap nor a packet guarantees recovery.
